Apr. 1st, 2014 10:34 pmDidn't do the ambitious/stupid thing, which was to run about 5.75 miles to the gym, do my hour of CrossFit, and run the same 5.75 miles home. A couple miles in, I admitted I didn't have the zoobs, and headed home by a slightly different route. OTOH, this meant that I got in some exploratory trail running, which is Good. And got home just in time to hop in the car to get to CrossFit almost on time.
So 4.5 miles in 37 min, or about 8 min/mile (including the slower trail running part). Followed by an hour of getting my ass kicked in CrossFit. Did I mention the afternoon nap? I approve of naps.

Date: 2014-04-02 03:40 am (UTC)I took a nap today too; J is now on a much earlier schedule, which means so am I. It's good all around, since I get lots more done on a day when I'm up early. But still. Zzzzz.
Go you for fitting all that in around your nap.
