Today my odometer turned over again. (Coincidentally, my car just turned over 100k as well.) On the one hand, great, it's some kind of milestone, but OTOH tomorrow I'll still be 50, and it'll be nothing special.
Today at the gym, at my request, we did a "Filthy 50", one of the more grueling workouts. It was my gift to everyone else, or maybe their gift to me. :)
At 50, I'm in the best shape of my life, which was one of my goals going into Lean Eating. It's been a lot of work, but I like the results.
