A case of "Bass clone" from 2008, a case of coffee stout from 2002, and two and a half cases of mead from 1999. The beers are both over-carbonated; they were over-carbonated at a few months old, but the caps have done an impressive job of keeping the pressure in. The Bass has improved somewhat, with a slight biscuity flavor. The coffee stout is okay, but not the best I've made (I used to make this a lot). The regular mead and rose mead are completely flat and thin. But the surprise winner is the "sweet(!) mead", which has the appropriate amount of fizz, and hints of ginger and clove. I dumped half a case of regular mead for the bottles, but I'll keep that one.
