canada nice

Fellow from New Brunswick decided to go on a shooting spree. Problem was, people in the Maritimes were too nice to massacre, so he decided to do it in Toronto instead. When he got there, he stepped into a park to load his weapons (because it's not safe to drive around Canada with a car full of loaded guns), and had a chance encounter with a playful dog. He decided that Torontonians were also too nice to gun down, so he turned himself in to the police.
