a conundrum, and a query

kirkcudbrightSo we're going to Worldcon in Glasgow. We got our memberships 3 years ago at ConJosé. We got our hotel rooms a last year at N4. We just don't have plane tickets. They're expensive, and are getting more expensive, like $2500 for the 3 of us.
So, my well-travelled friends, what should we do? Pay the procrastination tax, or wait and see if we can get a better deal? Is there even likely to be a better deal? Bear in mind that there are 3 of us, it's now 4 weeks out, and most (if not all) flight from Boston to Glasgow have at least one stopover.
