I've noticed over the years that I'm all too comfortable in Schrödinger-space. That is to say, all options are open, and the cat can be both alive and dead, as long as nothing is committed. I like making plans, but I hate committing to a single plan. This is sometimes inconvenient and/or vexing, both to me and to others.

Interestingly, I find myself encouraged to maintain my own propensity for the same freedom on one side. On another side, it is perhaps the most pernicious obstacle to good relations in play.
