Note to self: The snow-blower totally chokes on wet snow. You can blow it while it's still powerdery (yes, even if it's still falling), or you can wait, and shovel every sodding sodden inch of it by hand.

Did you try greasing the chute with spray cooking oil or WD-40? that'll sometimes help in wet conditions. Although today may have been too wet for that. My back may be sore later too, just from getting enough shoveled to open doors so we could do the bulk with the tractor bucket.
