Also, the Massachusetts Unemployment website is closed from 10pm to 5am. I could cry, scream, and laugh derisively at the same time. Mostly I just sigh and get another drink (and try to remember to log in a little earlier tomorrow).

You don't know even the half of the insanity that is the Division of Unemployment non-Assistance. "Barbaric" and "inept" is a good start when describing it, before delving into more apt descriptors -- none of which are suitable for polite conversation.

Don't they know that folks without 9 to 5 jobs get to be night-owls? ;-/

J remembers that he couldn't access a lot of the records during something resembling 'outside business hours' on the PA Unemployment website. It was definitely an overnight window longer than a few hours.

Really idiotic. I'm guessing that they don't want to pay tech help to be available overnight. So those guys are unemployed too.
