feeling testy

I really hate re-writing someone else's test plans.
I especially hate re-writing test plans for the sole purpose of demonstrating to a Major Customer that we're serious about testing, when I suspect that the testing we actually do has very little in common with the test plan. I'd like to document what we actually do, but I haven't been able to get an answer on that yet. (I'm in New Hampshire, and they're in California.)
