I signed off on the proofs of the souvenir book, and the printers are printing it. And I have this irrational lurking fear that there is some mistake so massive and bone-headed that I and everyone have failed notice it (a la "ConDigeo").

What's the ConDiego story?

ConDiego was the 1990 NASFiC,held at the Omni Hotel. Except that the program book declared it "ConDigeo" at the "Omin Hotal". Of course, that was symptomatic of a deeper disorganization, evidenced by the button "My name is ConDigeo Montoya. You killed my weekend. Prepare to die."

Getting into the fannish lexicon is not necessarily a good thing, nor is having a con that people still talk about 14 years later. But I don't think we're in any danger of that.

The con was also known as "TypoCon".

A quick Google search turned up http://www.smofbabe.net/1990.html (http://www.smofbabe.net/1990.html)

and now it's my turn. Fortunately the PP is a *much* simpler job, technically, and requires little in the way of knowledge of the printing industry. AND it turns out the InDesign will import Excel data in a useful way. Huzzah!

I took a look at your comps on line; they looked really very good.

Ah, but you have the burden of having to accurately represent a changing schedule. Go you, and go InDesign!
