150 guinea pigs

Looking for Foster Homes for Guinea Pigs
The small animal shelter recently took in over 100 guinea pigs. They are looking for foster homes (as well as adopters!) Please go down to the shelter or send an e-mail to Methuen@mspca.org if you are interested in either fostering or adopting. Press release on the guinea pig story.
Carpeting/Rugs Needed
If you are getting rid of some old carpeting/rugs, why not donate them to a good cause! We are looking for some carpeting/a rug to fit in a 8x12 space at an exhibit show to cover concrete flooring. Please contact Project Coordinator Carolyn Heinen (978-687-7453 x6125).

Date: 2007-10-30 05:04 am (UTC)Anyway, I just forwarded the relevant bits of information to Carolyn, and we'll see if/when she needs it.
BTW, Tuesday is trash day, town-wide AFAIK. They'll take carpeting as long as it's in reasonable sized bundles. Or if the animal shelter doesn't need it, you can mulch your basement with it. :-P
